Will Zombie AI Be A Thing?

Once I read about some tech that allowed you to record messages for loved ones in case you died, which I thought was a very sweet service to offer. Now that I've read about Microsoft's new patent I'm not so sure. The patent will allow dead people to be used as artificially intelligent chatbots that people can talk to and interact with because that's not freaky at all.

People who are quarantining are really missing the warmer weather in many parts of the country right now, and many are turning to fun indoor projects to keep their minds occupied while sheltering in place. From coloring to watercolors, light woodworking to jewelry making, there are so many cool indoor hobbies to take on during the cold weather months.

Could you imagine, instead of a halftime show full of singers and dancers, and a bunch of high profile commercials, the Super Bowl featured meaningful poetry and art? It's almost a disconnect, especially for those of us who don't like football and find it inherently violent, a waste of money and full of the privilege awarded to celebrities and others in power, but the fact that Amanda Gorman is performing this year makes me want to tune in for the first time.

It's been a long time since I actually watched a White House press briefing without it being a horrifying clip I caught on Twitter or Facebook, or a hilarious but unsettling recap on SNL.
